PDDikti Neo Feeder 2022 version for Windows and Multiplatform versions
In accordance with the mandate of Law Number 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education and Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education Number 61 of 2016 concerning the Higher Education Database (PDDikti), currently every university is required to report data on the implementation of higher education to PDDikti periodically. The reporting uses the PDDikti Feeder application which can be accessed online by all universities. The data input through the application is synchronized to the center. Then, the data that has been collected is integrated with information systems from other main units/ministries/institutions.
Neo Feeder is the latest version of the PDDikti Feeder application which is used to synchronize university data to the PDDikti database. Through this update, Neo Feeder offers various new conveniences, including integration with the Independent Campus, data collection of National Student Identification Numbers (NISN), faster prefill processes, microservices technology updates, multi-platform operating systems, ease of direct updates in applications, fresher appearance, and supported by the latest technological innovations that are expected to make it easier for data managers in universities to report and synchronize data.
It should also be noted that the Neo Feeder application was developed by Dikti itself, not through a third party. Thus, it is hoped that it will make it easier to add or change features in the future.
Following up on the release of the Neo Feeder, the Yogyakarta Region V Higher Education Service Institution held a Technical Guidance for the Neo Feeder Application for PDDikti PT admins under its authority. This technical guidance was carried out in 5 stages, with each stage attended by 21 participants, and accompanied by resource persons from 4 universities, namely the Islamic University of Indonesia, Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University, Sanata Dharma University, and Aisyiyah University Yogyakarta. The event in each stage was divided into 2 sessions, namely the presentation of resource persons, and the practice of installing Neo Feeder and its trouble shooting. It is undeniable that there are quite a lot and varied problems faced by PDDikti PT admins, both during the installation of Neo Feeder and in use after installation. Alhamdulillah, almost all the problems found can be found solutions.
It is hoped that after participating in the Neo Feeder Application Technical Guidance, there will be no obstacles experienced by universities in using the Neo Feeder application for PDDikti data reporting.
