FUNCTIONS

implementation of higher education quality mapping;
implementation facilitation of improving the quality of higher education provision;
implemenation facilitation of universities readiness in external quality assurance;
implementation facilitation of credit scores assessment for lecturers and higher education personnel;
implementation facilitation of universities and study programs establishment;
implementation of cooperation;
management of higher education data and information;
implementation of evaluation and facilitation's report on improving the quality of higher education; and
implementation of administrative.

TASK DETAILS

Details of LLDIKTI Region V's tasks as stated in the Decree of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology Number 412/O/2022 are as follows:

  1. carry out the preparation of the LLDIKTI work program;
  2. carry out data collection, processing and analysis in the institutional, academic, student affairs, resources and higher education cooperation fields;
  3. carry out quality mapping of institutional, academic, student affairs and university resource;
  4. carry out higher education performance assessments;
  5. carry out technical facilitation and guidance to improve the quality of learning, research and community service;
  6. carry out technical facilitation and guidance to improve academic abilities, insight, reasoning, creativity, interests, talents, entrepreneurship, and develop student organizations;
  7. carry out technical facilitation and guidance on planning the needs of educators and education personnel;
  8. carry out facilitation and provide technical guidance for planning needs, development and utilization of higher education facilities and infrastructure;
  9. carry out facilitation of solving university problems;
  10. carry out technical facilitation and guidance to improve higher education governance;
  11. carry out assessments and recommendations for scholarship recipients, tuition assistance and student welfare;
  12. carry out assessments of the provision of scholarships and awards for educators and education personnel;
  13. carry out the preparation of proposals for aid recipients for higher education facilities and infrastructure;
  14. carry out searches for university graduates and information systems in the business world and world of work;
  15. carry out external quality assurance facilitation for higher education institutions and study programs;
  16. carry out facilitation of research and community service programs;
  17. carry out technical facilitation and guidance on the acquisition of intellectual property, publication of research results, and publication of community service results;
  18. carry out facilitation of quality assurance in the acquisition of intellectual property and publication of research results and community service;
  19. carry out technical facilitation and guidance to increase the competency and academic qualifications of educators and education personnel as well as assess credit scores for functional positions;
  20. carry out assessment of credit numbers for lecturer academic positions and other functional positions as well as determining credit numbers for academic positions of expert assistants, lecturers and associate professors;
  21. carry out preparation of lecturer workload assessment materials;
  22. carry out data verification and lecturer activities;
  23. carry out assessments of proposals for the establishment, changes and dissolution/revocation of university permits as well as the opening and closing of study programs;
  24. carry out the preparation of proposals for establishing, changing, and dissolving/revoking university permits as well as opening and closing study programs;
  25. carry out the preparation of cooperation materials;
  26. carry out cooperation in the field of facilitating improvement in the quality of higher education provision;
  27. carry out technical facilitation and guidance for the development of higher education collaboration with other universities, industry and other agencies;
  28. carry out facilitation of development and recommendations for overseas cooperation in universities;
  29. carry out higher education database management;
  30. carry out management and development of the LLDIKTI information system;
  31. carry out the preparation of monitoring and evaluation materials for the implementation of facilitation of improving the quality of implementation higher education;
  32. carry out monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of facilitation to improve the quality of higher education implementation;
  33. carry out planning, financial, personnel, state property, legal, organizational and management affairs, public relations, correspondence, archives and housekeeping for LLDIKTI;
  34. carry out storage and maintenance of LDIKTI documents; And
  35. carry out the preparation of the LLDIKTI report.
