PROHIBITION OF ACCEPTING GRATIFICATIONS FOR EMPLOYEES
LLDIKTI REGION V YOGYAKARTA
As a commitment of LLDIKTI Region V to carry out the mandate of Bureaucratic Reform in order to create an Integrity Zone, it is necessary to control gratuities as a manifestation of employee integrity in carrying out their official duties, we respectfully convey the following appeal:
- All LLDIKTI Region V Officials/Employees are obliged to refuse parcels/gifts or other gifts in any form (money, goods, rebates, commissions, interest-free loans, travel tickets, and other facilities) that are related to their position and are contrary to their obligations or duties as a whole. directly or indirectly from any party, not limited to celebrations and reporting refusal of gratification to the Gratification Control Unit (UPG)
- To Private Universities and other LLDIKTI Region V Stakeholders not to give parcels/gifts or other gifts, whether delivered to the office or home, in any form (money, goods, rebates, commissions, interest-free loans, travel tickets, and other facilities) which indicate bribery, extortion and gratuities that must be reported, or "facilitation" payments to LLDIKTI Region V employees.
This must be carried out with full responsibility and this announcement should be disseminated widely.
