Lion Air Group held a special recruitment event for Management Trainee and Mechanic License positions at the Adisutjipto Institute of Aerospace Technology (ITD Adisutjipto) on Tuesday (2/7/2024). The event took place in the Husein Sastranegara Room and was warmly welcomed by Vice-Rector III, Drs. Suyoko, M.Si.

This recruitment aims to provide opportunities for new graduates and potential young talents to join one of the leading aviation groups in Indonesia. The event, held on the ITD Adisutjipto campus, was attended by 72 enthusiastic applicants, including ITD Adisutjipto alumni and the general public.

The selection stages included a Psychotest, English Test, Academic Potential Test, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). This event demonstrates Lion Air Group's commitment to finding and developing the best talents to support the company's operations and growth in the future. With this event, it is hoped that closer cooperation will be established between Lion Air Group and ITD Adisutjipto in supporting education and providing job opportunities for Indonesia's young generation.
