A total of 16 students from the Adisutjipto Institute of Aerospace Technology joined 255 students from 20 universities in Indonesia in the 2023 National Student Defense Jamboree at the Yogyakarta "Veteran" National Development University (UPNYK), which was held on 29 September-1 October 2023. Jamboree This year's National Defense of the Nation carries the theme "Students Play an Active Role in Building National Sovereignty and Resilience".
The opening ceremony will be held at the UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta Field and followed by the Cultural Diversity Harmony Parade. Apart from that, there are outbound activities with the theme Character Education and Nationalism which will be held on the second day. There are 4 outbound posts which include Marching, Rigging, Rapeling and Emergency First Aid competitions. Before the closing ceremony, the participants will begin a 3 kilometer journey on foot. In this National Jamboree activity, the ITD Adisutjipto Student Team made achievements by winning third place in the Men's PBB Competition, third place in the Men's Pioneering Competition and second place in the Men's Batik Making Competition.
The following day, Monday (2/10/2023), as a form of appreciation from the Rector of ITD Adisutjipto, the First Marshal of the TNI, Dr. Ir. Arwin Datumaya Sumari, IPU, ASEAN Eng., ACPE, met directly with the National Jamboree Team consisting of Jonatan Sianipar, Muh. Fadly Pratama, Abhista Bintang Anugrah, Resa Fadhol Divine, Reysar Cakra, Muhammad Ilham R., Priyo Yuda Abadi, Bagus Kurniawan, Qowiyan Aziz baktiaji, Wavit Roziki, Agung Putra Darmawan, Haryo Wichaksono, Jihan Albar, M. Hilman Mubarok Septian Julhusni and Nafis Gafrianda, to congratulate you on your non-academic achievements. It is hoped that the achievements of the National Jamboree Team will inspire other fellow students to achieve better achievements. Because non-academic achievements have an important role in character formation and individual development. These achievements transcend the boundaries of grades or academic degrees and reflect a person's skills, interests, and personality.
