In a meaningful ceremony, ITD Adisutjipto conducted the handover of responsibilities for the Student Executive Board (BEM) and the Students' Senate, marking a transition of leadership filled with hope. The event was attended by structural officials, as well as the new and outgoing executives of BEM and SEMA, on Tuesday (14/11/2023) at the Adisutjipto Room. The Rector of ITD Adisutjipto, First Marshal TNI, Dr. Ir. Arwin Datumaya Sumari, IPU, ASEAN Eng., ACPE, officially handed over the responsibilities to the new BEM and Students' Senate. In his address, he emphasized the crucial role of students in campus development and expressed appreciation for the contributions of the outgoing administration.

The Rector of ITD Adisutjipto inaugurated the new President of BEM, Jonatan Sianipar, and the Chairperson of SEMA, Aron Bryan Julian, for the period 2023/2024. With this inauguration session, it marked the end of the term for the President of BEM and Chairperson of SEMA for the 2022/2023 period, held by Putery Kartini Syamsuddin and Senjaya Aprilancius Damanik. The signing of the handover document and the recitation of the oath officially transferred the responsibilities to the newly elected officials. It is hoped that the newly elected President of BEM and Chairperson of SEMA can fulfill their duties with trust, responsibility, and contribute to fellow students and ITD Adisutjipto.

The academic community of ITD Adisutjipto hopes that the new BEM and Students' Senate can continue their roles as effective student representatives and advance various initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life and student learning.
