Rector of the Adisutjipto Institute of Aerospace Technology (ITD Adisutjipto), First Marshal of the TNI. Dr. Ir. Arwin Datumaya Wahyudi Sumari, S.T., M.T., IPU, ASEAN Eng., ACPE. was invited to be the Keynote Speaker at the Final Seminar on Defense Leadership and Management Course (Suspimjemenhan) Batch XVIII T.A. 2023, on Thursday (30/03/2023) at the LB Building. Moerdani Pusdiklat Jemenhan Badiklat Kemhan, Jakarta. The seminar entitled "The Concept of Transformational Leadership to Support TNI's Readiness in Facing Fifth Generation Warfare in the Era of Society 5.0" was attended by 20 Ministry of Defense and TNI personnel with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel to Colonel.

On this occasion, the Rector of ITD Adisutjipto gave his presentation on "Character and Transformational Leadership". It was explained that there are 4 Elements in Transformational Leadership, namely Stimulating creativity and Innovation, Motivating and inspiring, Influence by showing leadership, Consideration to recognize individual contributions. It was also stated that a trusted leader is a leader who can bring about transformation in the organization.
