Rector of ITD Adisutjipto, TNI First Marshal, Dr. Ir. Arwin Datumaya Sumari, IPU, ASEAN Eng., ACPE, was a speaker at the 2023 SKK Migas – KKKS Security Forum/Working Meeting, on Monday (9/10/2023), in Surabaya. This activity was attended by 150 participants from various agencies, namely SKK Migas and representatives of Cooperation Contract Contractors (KKKS) who are in charge of security functions.

This SKK Migas Security Forum/Working Meeting is a routine activity every year carried out by the SKK Migas Security Department in collaboration with its KKS. The material presented by ITD Chancellor Adisutjipto was about "Challenges of Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Perspective of Cyber Security Threats in Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities". This year, the SKK Migas Security Department is paying special attention to Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a technology product that has 2 blades. From a security perspective, the presence of AI in upstream oil and gas business activities has the potential to be a threat, especially for KKKS that use technological devices.

Apart from being a means of friendship, this activity is also a forum for sharing information related to the issues and dynamics of upstream oil and gas business security and providing understanding as well as knowledge upgrading, especially regarding mitigation of security for upstream oil and gas business activities in facing the dynamics of the political year.
