The visitation of the Rector of Adisutjipto Institute of Aerospace Technology (ITD Adisutjipto), First Marshal of the TNI. Dr. Ir. Arwin Datumaya Wahyudi Sumari, S.T., M.T., IPU, ASEAN Eng., ACPE. to Batam Aero Technic is an important step in expanding cooperation between the two institutions as well as strengthening the network with alumni working at BAT. During this visit the Chancellor was accompanied by Deputy Chancellor I, LPMPP Secretary, and Head of Cooperation.

The purpose of the visit on Tuesday (09/08/2023) included several main things, namely Introduction to the Campus of the Adisutjipto Institute of Aerospace Technology. This visit was also directed to explore the potential for collaboration between the two institutions in various fields, such as research, development of aerospace technology, student exchanges, and workforce training. The collaboration initiative can bring positive benefits to both parties, considering that the ITD Adisutjipto has expertise in aerospace technology that can support the development and maintenance of aircraft at Batam Aero Technic.

This visit is expected to have a positive impact in terms of developing human resources, improving the quality of education, and developing technology in the aerospace sector. In addition, the collaboration that exists between ITD Adisutjipto and Batam Aero Technic can be an example of successful collaboration between the world of education and industry.
