Arwin Datumaya Wahyudi Sumari, S.T., M.T., IPU, ASEAN Eng., ACPE. down directly accompanying new TA students. 2023/2024 in Basic Aerospace Character Building Training (LDPKK), which lasts for 3 (three) days starting on 1 – 3 September 2023. LDPKK begins with an Opening Ceremony which is attended by new students, officials, lecturers and employees in the area ITD Adisutjipto on Friday, date (01/09/2023), at ITD Adisutjipto Central Square.

This year is the first year of LDPKK activities intended for new students, this is none other than ITD Adisutjipto's effort to form Honest, Diligent, Sincere and Disciplined characters for its students. The training method in the LDPKK T.A. 2022/2023 ITD Adisutjipto is in the form of theory class development, namely Commander, Leadership and State Defense hour material. For field development activities, the activities are in the form of Marches, Jungle Survival, Night Fighting, Field Psychology and Character Building. Aerospace characters include the characters of Honesty, Sincerity, Diligence and Discipline which are ITD Adisutjipto's values through the process of influencing in determining organizational goals, motivating follower behavior to achieve goals, influencing to improve the group and its culture.

This year the terrain and challenges faced by participants were more complex than the previous LDPKK, taking the long march and jungle survival route from Banyunibo Field to Barong Temple then in the evening continued with Jurit Malam at the Wotgaled Mosque to the final point at the ITD Adisutjipto Football Field. All participants can complete the mission healthy, safe and full of enthusiasm.

LDPKK for New Student TA. 2023/2024 ITD Adisutjipto closed with a Closing Ceremony which was held on Sunday (03/09/2023), at the Central Field of ITD Adisutjipto, at this ceremony the LDPKK Wing and Jungle Survival Brevet were also awarded to all new students as a sign of the participants' success in complete the entire LDPKK series. It is hoped that later participants will be able to apply the knowledge they have gained in this training to each member of the organization to bring about better change by upholding the character of Honesty, Sincerity, Diligence and Discipline.
