Review of the ULT Application and Finalization of the PANDU Application to go to One Data LLDIKTI V

 

Yogyakarta - LLDIKTI V held a ULT Application Review and Finalization of the PANDU Application towards One Data LLDIKTI V on Thursday, March 28 2024 at the Santika Premiere Hotel Yogyakarta.

The aim of finalizing the suitability of the PANDU Application (Equalization of Ranks for Non-PNS Lecturers) to achieve One Data LLDIKTI V (PANDAWA):

  1. Finalization of the development of the PANDU application for applications for Inpassing, promotion to class III, and promotion to class IV as a result of business process discussions
  2. Alignment and improvement of data quality by reviewing and ensuring the suitability of data so that it is consistent and accurate in PANDU
  3. Trial use of the PANDU application
  4. Discussion of plans for launching the PANDU application 

Objectives of the Integrated Service Unit (ULT) Application review:

  1. Monitoring and evaluating the use of the Guest Book application that has been used at ULT
  2. Review the available features and the possibility of adding new features
  3. Discussion of application features to support Community Satisfaction Surveys

The expected results of this activity are:

  1. Improved service efficiency (helps identify areas where service processes can be improved to provide more efficient service to users)
  2. Increased user satisfaction (by identifying improvements in the service system, you can increase user satisfaction by providing a better service experience)
  3. Optimizing resources (with review activities on the LLDIKTI V application, you can identify the use of available resources more effectively and efficiently)

In his speech at the opening of the activity, the Head of LLDIKTI Region V said that technological developments play a major role in improving the quality of services in LLDIKTI Region V so that they are faster, more efficient and effective, thereby providing satisfaction for all stakeholders. "The hope for the Pandu Application is to provide convenience for lecturers in terms of equalizing ranks so that it is more effective and efficient, while the ULT Application is expected to be able to facilitate services at ULT for stakeholders at ULT so as to improve the best LLDIKTI Region V services," said Setyabudi.

Participants in the activity consisted of LLDIKTI Region V employees and representatives of private universities within LLDIKTI Region V Yogyakarta including Sanata Dharma University, Widya Mataram University, Atma Jaya University Yogyakarta and Ahmad Dahlan University.
