Yogyakarta – On June 30, 2022, the Briefing and Submission of the CPNS Decree were held in the LLDIKTI Region V Yogyakarta Sidang Pimpinan Meeting Room. The Briefing and Submission of CPNS Decree was given to 10 CPNS who would be placed in LLDIKTI Region V Yogyakarta. Held at 08.00 WIB, the event was begun with remarks by the Head of General Affair Division of LLDIKTI Region V, Taufiqurrahman, S.E.. He stated that the selected CPNS will be officially placed on Monday, July 4, 2022.

The agenda was continued with remarks from the Head of LLDIKTI Region V, Prof. drh. Aris Junaidi, Ph. D., congratulated the 10 CPNS for having gone through various selection processes. It started from administrative selection, basic competence, field competence, and other selections until finally, at the end of last June, the announcement of the CPNS Decree was published. In addition, they were expected to be able to adapt to the existing work environment, as well as learn the duties and functions of LLDIKTI as stipulated in Permendikbud Number 35 of 2021. He also added that quality assurance could be carried out internally among the 10 PNS (Public Servants). They were demanded to continue to explore curiosity and increase discussions to boost the effectiveness of cooperation between individuals. 

In addition, the CPNS were expected to actively visit the website and the policy of LLDIKTI as well as increase the initiative to create a positive working environment. Participants were divided into several divisions according to LLDIKTI, to be later on mentored by the coordinator from each division. The agenda then continued with the handing of the CPNS Decree to each of them by Prof. drh. Aris Junaidi, Ph.D., and Taufiqurrahman, S.E.

The Supervisor of General Affair, Public Relations, and Secretariat, Tego Sudarto, S.E., M.M., advised that The CPNS must maintain their personal and institutional names, especially in the current era of social media because they had been considered as ASNs (State Civil Apparatus). Finally, the event ended by inviting the CPNS to tour the office and introduce them to the supervisors and rooms in LLDIKTI Region V Yogyakarta. (GPM/AMM)
