The Sertijab led directly by the Rector of ITD Adisutjipto, First Marshal of the TNI Dr. Ir. Arwin Datumaya Wahyudi Sumari, S.T., M.T., IPU, ASEAN Eng., ACPE., along with the Vice Rectors, Koorsahli, Ka. SPI, Dean of FTK and FTI, Representative of the DIY Mahakarta Regiment Commander, Danramil Banguntapan, Representative of the Banguntapan Police Chief, Head of Student Affairs Bureau, Supervisor of Satmenwa Manggala Dirgantara ITD Adisutjipto, Alumni Satmenwa Manggala Dirgantara ITD Adisutjipto, Commander of Units throughout Mahakarta DIY, and Head of Ormawa throughout ITD Adisutjipto

The Sertijab was marked by the release of the position badge from the old commander, student I Made Widhi Suryawan, student of the Aerospace Engineering Study Program class of 2019, to the newly elected commander, Hario Sada Sihombing, student of the Aerospace Engineering Study Program class of 2020. In his remarks, the Rector of ITD Adisutjipto thanked the Previous Commander for his dedication and congratulated the New Commander and all members of the Menwa ITD Adisutjipto for the 2022/2023 period who had just been appointed. Rector of ITD Adisutjipto also appreciated Menwa so far as a Student Activity Unit (UKM) which has contributed to achieving its goal of creating student cadres with national character.
