In his address, the Chairperson of STIA AAN delivered four important messages to all graduates.

According to him, digital capability is a crucial factor in improving the quality and competitiveness of graduates in the job market.
Second, he underlined the importance of leadership and organizational skills. He stated that the younger generation holds a strategic role in realizing the vision of Indonesia Emas 2045 (Golden Indonesia 2045). Therefore, graduates must continue to develop and strengthen their leadership abilities, both in the workplace and in social life.
Third, he urged graduates to become courageous and responsible individuals in making decisions. He highlighted that taking measured risks is a hallmark of those who are prepared to achieve success.
Fourth, he emphasized the value of devotion to parents, noting that their prayers and blessings are the key to success.
“Embrace your parents, express your gratitude, and promise to keep making them proud. A parent’s prayer is the path to true success,” Happy concluded.
