Yogyakarta - LLDIKTI Region V held a Verification activity for Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) and Implementation Agreement (IA) Based on Joint Resources between Study Program Management Units (UPPS) within LLDIKTI Region V on September 25, 2024 at the LLDIKTI Region V office. This event invited those in charge of cooperation from various PTS to jointly discuss, evaluate, and verify the MoA and IA manuscripts that had been prepared.
This verification activity focuses on developing cooperation based on Joint Resources, where universities share resources optimally to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of academic services. This cooperation covers various aspects, ranging from the exchange of teaching staff, laboratory facilities, joint research, to support for other educational infrastructure. Thus, PTS can complement each other in providing superior and competitive education, despite their respective resource limitations.
During this activity, LLDIKTI Region V together with those in charge of cooperation from PTS checked the MoA and IA manuscripts that had been prepared by each UPPS. The MoA and IA manuscripts are checked to ensure that each point listed in them is in accordance with applicable regulations. The goal is that the cooperation that is established is not only formal administratively, but can also be implemented legally and accountably. The verification team from LLDIKTI Region V ensures that the MoA and IA manuscripts are prepared in the right format and structure. Starting from the formulation of clear cooperation objectives, the division of roles and responsibilities between the parties involved so that the implementation of the cooperation can be monitored and evaluated periodically.
This activity is part of an institutional effort to strengthen the cooperation network between PTS, which is ultimately expected to create a more collaborative and innovative higher education ecosystem in the DIY region. In addition, this assistance is a form of support from LLDIKTI in realizing more effective and efficient higher education through synergy and mutually beneficial cooperation.
